Kentucky native, Josh London began his musical career at the age of 4 when his grandmother gave him her guitar and he began taking piano lessons. He learned a few things, but didn’t really start digging in until the age of 12. He says, “Honestly, I have no idea why I started playing/writing. I’ve always been intrigued by music and it just spoke to me from an early age. “
After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Plant & Soil Science, Josh moved to Nashville in 2009 to begin a career in the landscape industry. Josh played the 2014 CMA Music Festival, as well as, the ASCAP “We Create Music” showcase. Josh has been featured in The Tennessean and labeled as an “up-and-coming songwriter/artist” by Music Row magazine. Currently he owns and operates his own landscaping business and is signed as a songwriter at Major Bob Music.
His first major single, “Best Shot”, co-written with and performed by Stoney Creek artist Jimmie Allen is currently climbing the charts. He also had a recent hit on the Texas charts with “Waiting For The Fall”, co-written with artist Sam Riggs. Other credits include the Spotify hit “Same Beer Different Day, which had well over a million streams.
